After years of writing and producing for various artist, and performing under the name of "Polo", he debuted his first album entitled "The Album U Almost Never Heard" in 2008. After deciding to change his stage name in 2011, Goldie Watson soon released the 9 track sophomore effort entitled "Electric Heaven". This album would offer up a variety of sounds and musical influences from many artist. His love ranges from Jazz, Folk, to Funk music, making it nearly impossible to categorize him under one musical genre, which is the way he prefers it. Some songs embrace a soulful vibe, others incorporate a rock/pop sound. While many act's today are molded by recording labels, Goldie has always maintained his independence; allowing him the freedom to grow, and express his unique creativity as an artist. This musical genius is what some might refer to as the total package. From playing all of his musical productions, to lyrics and vocals he controls all aspects of his craft. When asked how he manages such pressure, his response simply is; "I believe in putting my love, and last breath into anything I create. Music is more then a passion, for me it's a lifestyle. Creativity has brought such peace into my life. My only hope is to inspire and touch soul's the way that I have been touched by the gift of art."
